What is the EM Technique?
For many years I have been asked the question...what do you teach? What exactly is EM Technique? I decided that the best way to answer was through the voices of my students. This video is my attempt to answer that question as accurately and honestly as I can.

People are individuals, tall, short, fast, slow existing in different phases possessing different resources and capabilities. Imposing a fixed idea or exercises that are set does not make sense to me. It does not address YOU and what you need NOW.
Please watch the video above to hear from my students in their own words...
It is not bootcamp.
It is not bodybuilding for the outside. It is bodybuilding for the inside.
It is not over exertion or sweating for the sake of it.
It is working on yourself to change, to develop naturally to harmonize with the forces imposed on us that will do us harm when we don’t learn.
There are ancient ways of slowing things down. Working more efficiently compensates for aging and removes any need for attempting to constantly develop prodigious strength, which can only be maintained and developed to a certain point regardless of your efforts. Learning how to let go and relax as we move lubricates the joints, assists the circulatory apparatus and requires less effort to do the same tasks.
Learning proper alignment and how to maintain it as we move prevents injury and undue strain and pain from improperly placed stresses on the muscular skeletal system.
Breathing is the engine and the language the body knows... access the language for body control and movement harmony. Don’t get ahead or behind the breath. Stay in rhythm with your body’s demands for oxygen and more effectively eliminate the exhaust from the lungs.
lear the mind through focus to control your energy to a greater extent.
EM Technique respects longevity not brevity.
EM Technique is intelligent exercise you have to understand what you are doing and why.
