EM Technique is an expression of principles found in dance, martial arts, yoga and
associated disciplines. A true fusion of elemental concepts expressed through the
vocabulary of movement. It is a non-linear training system that emphasizes
principles instead of set routines or repetitive forms. In practice, we focus on the how
and why of movement as opposed to copying and regurgitating set patterns with low
or no understanding of their purpose.
Anyone can practice, everyone can benefit.

How does it work?

EM Technique guides students through inquiries of particular movements and physical skills, mindful of the purpose and function of every choice.  This is in stark contrast to copying and regurgitating set patterns of movement or routines without understanding of their purpose for the body.
